Meet Earle Segrest

Earle Segrest, a distinguished and visionary entrepreneur, founded GreenLeaf Industries. After having built a highly successful career with companies that used hydraulic equipment to shape molded plastic products, Earle envisioned competing with those traditional firms with new servo motor technology that offered significant savings in labor and electricity while enhancing quality and manufacturing reliability.

In 1999, Earle launched GreenLeaf Industries, an exclusive all-electric injection molding company. GreenLeaf Industries emerged as a pioneering force in the injection molding industry, specializing in all-electric solutions. This groundbreaking approach yielded substantial benefits, including reduced labor costs, lower energy consumption, and enhanced product quality and consistency. Earle’s strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence propelled GreenLeaf Industries to significant success.

After retiring from GreenLeaf Industries, Earle has continued to serve his community by actively engaging in public service and running for election to the Tennessee State Senate to represent District 5. Earle remains deeply committed to his community and faith, generously contributing his time and resources to various organizations that support those in need. Additionally, he cherishes quality time with his beloved wife, children, and grandchildren, embracing the joys of family life.

Earle currently serves as a Senior PegPro Specialist. In this role, he plays a crucial part in product development. By meticulously testing PegPro products before their release, Earle provides invaluable insights into design and functionality.
