Where is your company located?

PegPro is a Lenoir City, Tennessee-based company. Our products are currently available exclusively online.

How long has your company been in business?

PegPro, founded in 2017, officially launched on Amazon in 2019. We are proud to announce that we have now expanded our operations to fulfill orders directly.

What are your customer support hours?

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

How long does it take to receive a response to a support ticket?

We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 1-2 business days. For emails received over the weekend, please expect a response by the following Monday.

What is your return policy?

We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team via email. We’ll promptly address the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Pegboard Hooks

Can hooks be arranged vertically and horizontally?

Our pegboard hooks provide unparalleled flexibility. The included grommets with your PegPro pegboard hooks allow for vertical and horizontal hanging configurations, adapting to your evolving project requirements.

Are they easy to install and remove as needed?

Effortless installation and removal. Each order comes with easy-to-follow instructions. To remove, simply press down on the base and gently pull up.

Are they suitable for heavy tools and equipment?

Our hooks are strong enough to support heavy tools and equipment.

J-hooks – up to 50 pounds
1″ hooks – up to 7 pounds each
2″ hooks – up to 5 pounds each.

How much weight does each pegboard hook hold?

Our hooks are designed to support the following loads:

J-hooks – up to 50 pounds
1″ hooks – up to 7 pounds each
2″ hooks – up to 5 pounds each.

What types of pegboards do your hooks fit?

Our hooks work with standard wood-fiber, metal, and plastic pegboards, and are designed to be used with our Wall Tiles.

Please note that our hooks for standard pegboard were designed for pegboards with a 7/32â€ or thinner board thickness. All currently available peg boards are well below the 7/32â€ limit. However, some older pegboards may exceed that thickness.

How many Wall Tiles come in a kit?

Our Wall Tile kit contains sixteen 8-inch by 8-inch tiles.

Please Note: A hammer is needed to install our PegPro Wall Tiles.

How much weight does each Wall Tile hold?

With each tile capable of holding around 20 pounds, a 16-tile pegboard assembly offers impressive strength, supporting up to 320 pounds.

How long does it take to install all of the Wall Tiles?

The complete installation of all sixteen Wall Tiles can be achieved within one hour. To ensure a smooth installation, we recommend reviewing the provided instructions. For visual guidance, we offer helpful instructional videos.
