Meet Lawrence Segrest

Before joining the family business, Lawrence held leadership roles at major corporations, including the Navy and Cummins Engine Company.
In 1999, Lawrence and his father, Earle, founded GreenLeaf Industries, a specialized all-electric injection molding company. This venture served as the foundation for the development of PegPro, a concept born from the need for a more durable and efficient pegboard system. Recognizing the limitations of traditional metal pegboard hooks, Lawrence and his sister, Elizabeth, embarked on a mission to design and prototype a superior solution.
Committed to community service, Lawrence is an active member of his community and church. He participates in local town hall events and advocates for the interests of small businesses in the United States. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lawrence and Elizabeth demonstrated their dedication to community well-being by designing and manufacturing protective face shields for healthcare workers, residents, and businesses.
As Co-Founder of PegPro, Lawrence leverages his extensive manufacturing, finance, and engineering expertise to drive innovation and strategic growth. In collaboration with Sarah, Lawrence oversees marketing initiatives to position PegPro effectively in the marketplace. Additionally, he works closely with Elizabeth to spearhead product development and strategic project planning, ensuring the company’s continued success and alignment with evolving market demands.
